Continuously during the spring:

The following will meet every two weeks to discuss the work: vice-dean, heads of departments, head of faculty office, departmental representatives, coordinator, communications officer, and student representatives. Contact your departmental representative if you have questions you want to raise.

February:

• 26 February: Basis for placement and test schedule is expected to be completed.
• 28 February: Joint risk and impact assessment is expected to be conducted with heads of departments, safety representatives and administrative managers.

March:

• 19 March: The aim is to hold MBL negotiations (negotiations with the trade unions) on co-location decision.
  Today's MBL negotiations on co-location was adjourned to 2 April due to requests for additional documents. The aim is to make a decision on co-location on the same day, April 2.

April:

• 2 April: The aim is to hold MBL negotiations (negotiations with the trade unions) on co-location decision.
• 2 April: The aim is that the presidium takes a decision on the matter of co-location (moved from 26 March).

Autumn 2024

September:

The aim is that the faculty board takes a decision on the matter of co-organisation.
