Results of the evaluation
The primary results of the evaluation comprise the established and revised policy documents regarding the faculty’s quality assurance work and the educational activity at the faculty.

Introduction of the role of departmental representative in the rules of procedure
A new section (4:7) has been introduced to the faculty’s rules of procedure. The section describes the responsibilities and tasks of the departmental representatives, and the process for their appointment.
Development plans at the departments
After each organisational dialogue between representatives of the faculty, the departments and the doctoral students, the head of department (or equivalent) establishes a development plan describing how the challenges that have emerged from the evaluation are to be met.
The implementation of the development measures at the departmental and faculty levels is followed up in the organisational dialogues and compiled by the research programmes board into a special report, which is presented to the faculty board and in the quality dialogue with the vice-chancellor:
