Networks within the faculty

In order to support and develop collaboration within the faculty, the faculty office operates the following networks.

Finance network

The network consists of one finance officer from every department, as well as the finance group at the faculty office. The convener is Monika Bengtsson, head of finance at the faculty office.

IT network

The IT network consists of one representative from every department who has good insight into their respective IT operations. The network serves as a communication link between the faculty’s organisations and central IT bodies. The convener is Patrik Bruce, IT manager at the faculty office.

HR network

The network consists of one HR administrator from every department, as well as the faculty office's HR department. The convener is Gunilla Thylander, head of HR at the faculty office.

Network for administrative managers

The network consists of administrative managers at the faculty’s departments. The convener is Catrin Malmström, head of the faculty office.

Network for communications officers

The network consists of communications officers from the faculty's departments and the faculty's communications department. The convener is Johanne Elde, communications manager at the faculty office.

Network for directors of first and second cycle studies

The network includes all directors of first and second cycle studies and an appointed administrator at the faculty office. The convener is Constance Holmbäck, administrative coordinator at the faculty office.

Network for directors of third cycle studies

The network includes all directors of third cycle studies, the members of the Research Programmes Board, and an appointed administrator at the faculty office. The convener is Aleksandra Popovic, third cycle studies coordinator at the faculty office.

Network for premises officers

The network comprises facilities planners, building supervisors, building managers and others who work with the management of the faculty’s properties and premises. The network provides support on faculty-wide issues. The convener is Agnetha Karlberg, facility planner at the faculty office.

Network for programme administrators

The network consists of administrators of first and second cycle study programmes. The convener is Constance Holmbäck, administrative coordinator at the faculty office.

Network for records management

The network consists of the persons primarily responsible for document registration and archive management at the faculty’s departments. The convener is Jesper Zimmerman, archivist at the faculty office.
