Lecture
Peter Christiansen, associate professor at the Department of Physics, has received a grant of just over SEK 26 million from the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation (KAW). He and Leif Lönnblad, professor at the Department of Astronomy and Theoretical Physics, will use the funding to find out more about the state of the universe at its moment of creation.

On account of this major grant, Peter Christiansen will hold a lecture on 16 October. The lecture, entitled, “CLASH: Pinning down the origin of collective effects in small collision systems of quarks and gluons”, will be held in English. Coffee and sandwiches will be served after the lecture. Welcome!
