LUCRIS - research information system

LUCRIS is Lund University’s new current research information system, where you will be able to input information about yourself, your research group, projects, publications and activities. The information will be searchable in an external web portal that presents research from the entire university – open to all. The web portal will be launched in the middle of August 2016.

LUCRIS is replacing LUP (Lund University Publications) as the registration interface for publications. All publications registered in LUP are available in LUCRIS when the transition takes place in April 2016.

Faculty guidelines on making enteries in LUCRIS

The Faculty of Science has decided on information that is to be entered in LUCRIS on 30 June 2016 at the latest. Every staff member, and any other person working at the faculty, is personally responsible for making sure that the relevant information is entered and kept up to date in LUCRIS.

Support

LUCRIS support consists of both a central and a local support organisation. Technical questions, development questions and suggestions for improvements are handled by the LUCRIS administration organisation through Servicedesk. Questions on input and input policy are answered by faculty support. You can always contact the staff at Servicedesk who will direct you to the right support.
